7-9 minute drive from University of Guelph Campus. Bus routes would take longer, available buses are: #10, #20, #29. Three rooms, the master bedroom has its private bathroom, but is occupied, and the two other rooms share a bathroom. Entire place is furnished, except the vacant room we hope to find a roommate for, however it does have a twin bed frame and mattress. Payment consists of post-dates cheques, and a deposit of last month's rent. Room is available asap and lease is 1-year length. Rent: $850/month, includes all utilities (hydro, heating, AC, wifi). Unit is on third floor of apartment, and we personally don't want pets or smoking in the unit, and we are looking for female roomates like us:)
