Property is best suited for those staying for business purposes, individuals displaced for insurance claims or those undergoing a renovation at their property.

Price is determined by length of lease. We will entertain leases for two months and beyond.

We also won't show the property unless we are headed in a serious direction, and property vetting has taken place (Triton Canada). We do however have a video we can share with serious prospective clients.

Internet and utilities are included. Bi-weekly maid service is also included, with the option for weekly maid service at an additional fee.

Snow removal, and yard care are also taken care of. There is ample parking, a kitchen (with dishwasher) and basement kitchenette, main floor

laundry, an office area, 2 living rooms, keyless entry, outdoor video surveillance, AC, as well as a sizable back yard with a seating area and BBQ to enjoy in the spring to the fall.
