Hi! 2 bedrooms available in a shared 3 level townhouse. There is 1 and a half bathrooms. The rooms are $850, everything included except wifi! The house has a little gym in the basement, washer & dyer, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen. Room also comes with a/c in the summer. Parking space is also available. The house is a 10 minute walk to the red line on the O train. (Blair West) One of the rooms is furnished with a bed desk and nightstand (but the furniture can also be removed) No set criteria other than someone who is kind and respectful.
