The condo is located in the heart of Aylmer, near the Champlain Bridge and only 5 minutes from Ottawa, in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Bus stops are conveniently located right in front of the building. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and quiet roommate (professional or student) to share my condo. International students are welcome! The private room will be available on January 1, 2027, as my current roommate will be moving out on December 31, 2026.
