A 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet place situated right next to the marina beach. Good for a uni students who don’t want to live in the city but still close to school as the 800 and 59 buses are nearby. Fairly spacious apartment. Comes with in unit washing/drying, stove, fridge, dishwasher and 2 balconies (both in general spaces). My roommate is moving out and taking her stuff so if you have furniture you wish to bring let me know! We only get one parking space per apartment but other tenants don’t have cars so we could possibly negotiate an agreement for an extra parking space.
