Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly young professional or student to join me in my home starting May 1st (or later—I'm happy to wait for the right fit!). The house is in a fantastic spot, just minutes from downtown Hull and Ottawa, making commutes to UQO or OttawaU a breeze. Your room is fully set up for comfort with a double bed, a TV, a desk for focused work, and even a La-Z-Boy for those lazy Sunday afternoons. If you need a mattress, I’m more than happy to pick one up for you! You’ll be sharing the space with me and my very friendly cat. If you have a feline friend of your own, let’s see if they hit it off! (Note: Not the best spot for those with allergies). Rent is $695/month (all-inclusive except electricity). Plenty of free street parking in the summer. For those snowy winter months, we can totally chat about using the carport or garage.
