We will share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry room. It is close to shops, banks and the bus line, in fact, right in front of my apt. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the bus to get to Ottawa. If we jam, we could share meals and watch a movie. Rent is $700 a month plus your utilities. The heat is electric. No animals in the apt. No smoking, vaping, drugs or drinking. No boyfriend/girlfriend allowed.
