The place is in a amazing location—10 minute walk to No Frills, close to lots of bus stops (including the 99), and close to Jericho Beach and UBC! The 1st floor room is for rent, including a private bathroom, for $1,500 a month. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is already furnished, including a couch, TV, and lots of kitchen supplies! We also have access to the rooftop and a small balcony.
