I supply all the cleaning supplies including laundry detergent so you won’t have to buy any. It’s also a microwave free home . Peace & kind communication is important to us . Utilities are extra $150 a month (Gas, Hydro, Water, Internet, Laundry/Dryer, Garbage Removal & Snow Removal. Please also provide rent on the first of each month by Email money transfer .
