Ready to be filled ASAP Its a two story condo in a building with a parking garage and a gym accessible to all residents. The room im renting out is the master suite which comes with a huge attached bathroom and walk in closet. We have laundry in the unit, same floor as the bedrooms. While you have your own bathroom there is a shared half-bathroom downstairs in the kitchen. No smoking in the unit. You must smoke outside. Its located in Lancaster not far from a bunch of local amenities. Due to already having a dog, I am not accepting pets.
