Down the road is also Mont royal street which is full of amazing shops and restaurants and is pedestrianized during the summer. One block away is the bus stop for the 24 which takes you straight to McGill. There is also the 45 stop across the road which will take you to Papineau Metro station. You would be paying for the larger room with a kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven. The balcony also provides a view of the Olympic stadium. All utilities are included as well as wifi. There is also a small gym and laundry on site. No AC unfortunately. A small metro grocery store is close by with a larger on on Mont Royal street. If you want a video tour, in person tour, or call, feel free to reach out. Room will come UNFURNISHED. There is also the option for the smaller room (my current room) for $800, still unfurnished.
