The apartment is near metro cote des neiges (blue line) and plamondon (orange line), you can also take the 165 bus to downtown montreal. We’re near a lot of stores (dollarama, maxi, pharmaprix, jean coutu, econofitness, and a ton of restaurants!), everything is included in the cost. Also, I’m looking for someone to lease for one year, but I’m definetely open for 6 months if needed! My current roommate is willing to sell her bed and mattress if needed. She’s asking for $75 total for both.
