Sublease from anytime May (preferably as soon as possible) to June 31st with option of renewal with a slight price increase Close to Jean Talon metro and Marche Jean Talon as well as a Metro supermarket Dishwasher, AC, washing machine, and dryer included and fully furnished Rent is 875 (pro rata based on the day you rent it) You won’t need to pay for hydro for the time you sublease (I will pay for it)
