Brand new building, new appliances and a nice rooftop and gym. Can have the larger room with an ensuite bathroom for 1300 or i can move back in there and you can have the smaller room for 1000 if preferred. Pet friendly, I have been thinking about getting a cat someday. I work from home so I am around a lot, super laid back. No partiers please.
