A fully furnished basement with living room and kitchen. Laundry is in the basement and we don’t share it with anyone else. Bathroom is large enough, bills are included. The rooms are the same size with their own closet, a queen size mattress and a small window in each room. The backyard has some chair in case you want to relax in summer. The landlord lives only with his wife and both are very chill, they are such a nice people.
