Cannabis and cig smoking is okay if on balcony. Balcony off of living room. Bathroom has soaker tub and shower. There are currently 2 cats here but I’m open to another cat or two. Parking may become available but at the moment all spots in building lot are assigned. On street parking is free and plentiful. The room has a queen size mattress and boxspring in it; a fairly straight forward space with a closet and the unit also has a storage room with shelving in it. Laundry machines on each floor require a swipe card that can be reloaded in the lobby. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook/bakeware if you don’t have any, and plenty of room for yours if you do!
