About 15 mins from Sherwood Park and downtown! room is not furnished & but everything else is move in ready✅ There would only be the two of us, plus my dog Chip! He’s a golden lab! He’s very sweet and well-behaved. He is 4 years old and a relaxed dog. Looking for a roommate who is comfortable with dog.
