2 bed 2 bath apartment in a highrise building near stadium LRT, to be shared with one other person and a cat. the unit has in-suite laundry, an AC unit in the living room, a large balcony with a propane BBQ, a beautiful view of the river valley, lots of natural sunlight, and an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. you would only be responsible for furnishing most of your own bedroom and bathroom, as the rest of the apartment pretty much has everything. the location is very convenient for taking transit or spending time outdoors, and there are several shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. the building also has a gym on the second floor for residents, and underground parking is available for an extra monthly fee. the exact amount for your half of the rent will depend on if you have pets, need a parking stall, etc. willing to negotiate rent a little bit for the right person. heat and water are included in the base rent, while internet and electricity are separate. lease renews at the end of august, but i have some flexibility with move-in!
