    Hi there!   We are currently looking for a health conscious, motivated but also laid back individual to join our household for September 1st. We are located in the beautiful neighborhood of Glenora just on the west side of downtown. There are many amenities near by with quick access to the Henday, Yellowhead, Whitemud as well as a bus stops within 1 block. We are enjoying a four bedroom, 2 ½ bath little slice of heaven that is just 2 streets up from the beautiful river valley. It's a wonderful and quiet neighbourhood that offers the convenience of being close to downtown and West Edmonton Mall without all the busy noise.    We are specifically looking for an individual between the ages of 25-34 years old that has a steady income or is a full time student. Someone that is not only health conscious but also preferrably vegetarian/vegan and gluten free as we have some allergies in the house. This person would be a lover of music, okay with dogs/cats/fish as well as 420 friendly.   Here’s a bit about us:    Josh is a carpenter that can be found making music or tending to our garden. Where we grow a good portion of our own food. He works full time and also has a small renovation company that he runs on the side. Josh has two Savannah cats named Kisuke and Renji and they are hypoallergenic. Josh is celiac and partaking in a vegetarian lifestyle.   Bria is a painter and she can be found either playing her guitar or hanging around with her amazing pup Tito who has the sweetest demeanor and playful spirit. Bria is also into making costumes, crafting, and singing. She is vegetarian/gluten free.   Jazz is an artsy, soulful, sassy individual who is full of life. She is often working and on the go but when she’s home she is either cooking, cleaning, singing, dancing or making something interesting. She has one bad ass fighting fish named Cab Calloway as well as a beautiful Savannah cat that is hypoallergenic. She is also partaking in the gluten free - vegetarian lifestyle.   And last but not least we have the wonderful Charlie. She is with us from Montreal and she is full of spunk. She works as a lawyer and can be found in her off time exploring the City and surrounding areas. She is vegan.    About the house:    There are 4 bedrooms and 3 are currently filled. There are 2 ½ bathrooms with a fully finished basement. This house is 2300 sq ft so there is plenty of room for everyone and if you have furniture you'd like to bring outside your bedroom stuff, there's plenty if room for that too. You'd be renting the room but sharing the house. We are all about community and working together to get head. We have a bountiful garden that we tend ourselves as well as raspberry bushes, saskatoon berry bush and an apple tree. We of course want everyone in the house to benefit from these beauties but you’ve got to be willing to put in the work. The back yard is huge and happens to have a wonderful hot tub!   A few more notes:   We are all about natural, non-toxic cleaners where possible and healthy lifestyle choices.    We all like to keep our space tidy.    We all like to have a good time.    We are all about good vibes only.   We all also like to get a good nights sleep on work days- we can try anyway!   We hope to hear from you!   Serious inquires only please.
