Located in Pleasantview, across from SouthGate Centre, we're looking for a third roommate for our three-bedroom, one(shared)bath mainfloor-unit. The master lease extends until June 30, 2027, before I can renew. The landlord is a family friend and has approved subletting the other two rooms off the master lease. Currently, the unit is rented by two females until June 30, 2027. We are seeking a female or genderqueer individual for our third roommate to uphold the casual comfortability, and safe atmosphere of the space. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Room rent is $750 per month, with utilities and unlimited internet included. The damage deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent and will be fully refunded unless there are documented damages.

The lease term is negotiable—ideally, we want someone planning to stay until next spring or summer. The unit features a dedicated main floor in-suite laundry, a separate main entrance from the basement tenants, and separate furnace and thermostat controls from the basement suite. Street parking is available on the crescent.

There is a shaded front yard sitting area beneath a lilac tree and a sunny backyard. The unit is 800m from the LRT exchange.

I work as a healthcare aide and community support worker, and my dog often comes with me. The other roommate is an interprovincial student. We are both musically inclined, enjoy riding bikes, doing yoga, and playing board games. We also value some introverted time for ourselves.
