Gamble Avenue room — Gamble Avenue, East York ON (1.0-Bedroom)

You'll get a decent size fully furnished room with bed, table, office chair and closet. The only downside to the location is that they are building the new subway station, so it gets loud in the morning (though I've gotten used to it, and perhaps in a few years we get to benefit from it!). The elevator is often broken, but since we live on the 3'rd floor its not a huge deal to walk up the stairs. There's also a card/coin laundry inside the building. The apartment is located right next to a Food Basics, Burger King, 24/7 McDonald, and many other restaurants and stores. It's only a 10 minute bus ride away from Pape Station, an area filled with great Greek eats, bars, and stores. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet too, and I enjoy jogging around the area or down Brick Works or Riverdale Park.
