The room is in a large 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (4th) facing south. There is a long deck with room to store bikes and set up chairs. The room has a new bed and bedding, dresser and desk. The living room is set up as a common room with a desk, TV and comfy couch and chair. The bathroom is shared and there are laundry facilities on the same floor. There are designated shelves / space in the kitchen and bathroom. The bus stops to Ladner Exchange and the ferries and are just a short walk from the back door. It is very quiet. Parking is parking available.
