It's 7 km out of Cranbrook on an acreage, you need your own transportation, bright, sunny, laminate and tile floors, in floor heat. At the moment you have your own bathroom ( slight chance it could become shared at a later point), laundry is in there, which is shared, kitchen shared too. Clean, quiet, and respectful place.
