Looking for someone to take the second room in a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The bedroom in question has a closet & access to the balcony via a sliding door in the room. There is a washer, dryer, & dishwasher within the unit. There is also a gym and multiple common spaces in the building that are included in the rent. The building is located within easy walking distance to the skytrain, grocery stores, and lots of places to eat (it takes around 40ish minutes to get downtown). It's a safe area and pretty quiet. Lease is 1year and then goes month to month. My roommate is moving out in early July so I'm looking for someone to move in sometime between July 12-August 1st. The room came unfurnished but my roommate can leave behind her bedframe and mattress (and possibly a desk chair) if desired :)
