If you want a modern, fully furnished spot right in the Beltline with some of the best views in the city, this is it. It’s fully set up with a comfy bed (which has built-in storage drawers), a desk and chair for working, and a wall-mounted TV. * Your Bathroom: You’ll have your own private 3-piece bathroom right next to your room. It’s modern, has a great glass walk-in shower, and plenty of cabinet space—no sharing or waiting around. * The Living Area: Super clean, open-concept space with a massive TV, a comfortable grey leather L-couch, and a high-end kitchen (with a hidden fridge/dishwasher and a Keurig machine). * The Balcony: Huge balcony looking directly over the Saddledome and the Stampede grounds. It’s a killer spot to hang out or have a morning coffee. Building & Location * The Building: You get full access to the gym and yoga studio, the rooftop garden terrace, and there’s a 24/7 concierge/security desk at the front. * The Area: Incredibly walkable. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Stampede CTrain station, literally steps from Sunterra Market (perfect for groceries), Village Ice Cream, and a bunch of great cafes.
