Hello, my names Aaron. I'm looking to fill two rooms in a house that two of my buddies are moving out from. I have been renting this house with friends for a year and a half now. The two gentlemen moving out are both good guys and me and my remaining roommate are sad to see them have to go. This leaves two rooms open come August 1st. A large bedroom in the basement and a larger upstairs master bedroom. Both rooms are available separately for individuals wanting to move in. The master bedroom is priced at 750 and the basement at 700. Utilities are expected to be in the range of $80 - $120 at most on the worst months and that is with 4 current gamers in the house.
