Lake Bonavista is known for its scenic lake – and homes. The houses have a luxury quality, as well as excellent gardens. Let’s face it, the waterside location isn’t bad either. Land Mark

Of course, Lake Bonavista’s highlight is its man-made lake. In addition, it has a number of small parks sprinkled throughout the neighbourhood. There is also Fish Creek and a surrounding park directly south of the area. In addition to the bus routes running through Lake Bonavista, the CTrain serves the area. Drivers have direct access to Macleod Trail SE. There are a number of schools and churches in the area, as well as a skating rink. The southwest corner of Lake Bonavista has a movie theatre and a shopping centre. Just north of the neighbourhood, on the west side, is a larger mall. Also to the north – this time to the east – is Maple Ridge Golf Course.
