The ground floor is shared with me, and the laundry is shared with the next unit over.
As for privacy, the rooms have individual keys, and the laundry room has a lock on both sides.
This place is great for a student planning to attend or currently attending BCIT, as it's a 15-minute walk from home. As for transit, the house is located near the 123 and 133 bus stops, a 5-minute and 10-minute walk, respectively. With both the Holdom and Brentwood SkyTrain, with a 5-10-minute bus ride, respectively.
