This one rents for $1,100 includes utilities and internet. Deposit is $550. We are located in North Burnaby close to Hastings and Duthrie. Down the hill from SFU Burnaby Campus. Laundry at home. Big patio to enjoy. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Buses R5 and N35 go near the house which take you to SFU Burnaby Campus or to downtown Vancouver.
