Laundry on 1st floor. Three floors and I am on the third floor with no neighbours on top. Corner unit. Insurance in case of disaster included. Any one welcome but will be determined after meeting or talking. Just be very clean. Parking on street available. - You break it you replace it. Month to month rental accepted. Would prefer at least two months. I am open to consider a couple that share a bed and room but price would be $1500pm and deposit $500.
