I just am in the process of finishing the renovations on my house. I have 4 rooms available. Two furnished and 2 unfurnished room. There is a washroom on each level. The house has 3 bathrooms. The washroom shower on the 2nd level will be communal. The main floor has a washroom and no shower yet. I do plan on adding one in though. There will be 2 tv/ communal areas...as well as one kitchen and i am working on a second one. I also have laundry facilities there too. This is my personal home so i am looking forward to living with someone who will treat this location as it is their own. Students are more than welcome. I prefer someone working or in school and parking is available too. I can send pictures and show you the place if you like or I can take you on a tour of the house.
