Landlords and property managers are coming up with more creative incentives, promotions and deals for prospective tenants because of the changing marketplace caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. <\/span>

How about a free unforgettable experience of your choice including tandem skydiving or helicopter rides — plus two months’ free rent? That’s what a property manager is offering <\/span>in Montreal.<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>

Another property manager <\/span>in Toronto<\/span><\/a> is offering to pay for your move — plus a month of free rent. And another promises <\/span>a fully stocked wine fridge<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>

Property managers and landlords across the country continue to offer free-rent incentives, and other free amenities such as Internet access, parking, gift cards and cash back. <\/span><\/p>

In Calgary and Edmonton, some property owners are offering special incentives for veterans, health-care workers, first-responders, seniors and students.  <\/span><\/p>
