You will get your own cupboard space room in the fridge, freezer,linen closet,bathroom and hallway closet you can use anything of mine in the kitchen but do not touch my groceries ask me if you need something first... Chihuahuas and other small dogs are ok,if friendly cats as well but you have to keep the litter box in your room. Apartment is on top floor of a 4 floor building room comes with a bed,night stands and tv is gone. You must clean up after yourself.. We share cleaning the bathroom I will always clean the toilet!!! NO INCENSE my dog will have a siezure stuff that doesn't give off smoke is ok I prefer 20+ working,student,retired persons. I have copd so I do cough quite abit
