The location of the house is next to Berry Park. The location is in walking distance to UFV, parks, restaurant, Walmart, and Nofrills. No Pets No Smoking in the house No Drugs of any kind - 15 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes biking to UFV - 15 minutes walk to No Frills - 20 minutes walk to Walmart - 10 minutes walk to Mcdonald and other restaurants.
